How does a team workspace work?
A paid account can work as a team instead of a single seat. You invite people into one shared workspace, and everyone works in the same account and audio library.
What roles are there?
Two: admin and member. Admins manage the workspace and its people; members do the work. You can also transfer ownership of the workspace to someone else.
How does billing work for a team? Is it per seat?
No per-seat charge. Scarleta is prepaid: you top up tokens and pay per second of audio ($0.10 per minute, 1 token = 1 second). Your whole team draws from the same balance, with no recurring per-seat fee. New accounts start with 300 free tokens, and top-ups start at $10.
Can I move ownership to someone else?
Yes. Ownership of the workspace can be transferred, useful when the account owner changes or a project hands off to another lead.
